I think there are all those national guard troops there because a mob of
murderous insurrectionists attacked the Capitol a few weeks ago and they
were seriously understaffed. So maybe they're overreacting, but with Kevin
McCarthy visiting Mar a Lago, I wouldn't bet against more violence and
would like to see our officials protected.
I am not a lawyer, but I don't think free speech extends to insurrection or
incitement to riot. I don't think anybody's seriously suggesting expelling
anybody just for their vote against Pennsylvania's certification.
