i have asked this before,but who actually vets mainland chinese
students?or are the chinese students at pa all from taiwan?and where do
they go to college?i have noticed aton of mainland chinese money going
to hundreds of us universities,i have also read recently of people from
eg harvard who have not disclosed the money they are getting from
mainland china for research.perhaps dick knows.just curious.maybe just
paranoid
