[p900] source code of other Symbian tools

Good: Symbian guys finally answered (as of 16-Dec-2003) to our first
question about Symbian/C++ development in a Linux environment:

GOOD: they included petran, bmconv, etc (we don't need Wine anymore to
get them running in Linux).

It's time to collect things around. Their GCC source, their Makesis
source, their Petran/Bmconv/etc sources, and create our "P900 sdk for
Linux"... before they do it :-)
