Hi Kelly,
Working in metric is so much easier (although I forget when we switched here).
But 0c for freezing makes far more sense than 32F... the UK often had both
measurements, but metric was the main one.
for me, I like a 200g steak. 7 oz for you 🙂

salad
Looks good.
Lol, ok, having absolutely no concept how much 150g is, had to do a quick
google to convert that into about 5.2 ounces...so, a bit over a quarter of a
pound of steak.
A little small for me, but then again, I need to and am cutting back myself.
😃
Lol, I truly have no concept about real world measurements in metric. The worst
is temperature in Celsius.
Ok, enough of my ramblings, that really looks great!!
And, maybe you can convince them to let you continue to work from home, at
least most of the time or part time. Obviously you’re able to get the work
done, do, why not??
I’ve been working from home 100% for close to the past 8 years.
I talked to my new boss about this, before and since accepting, and he
basically said, “as long as the work gets done, I don’t care if I ever see
you”...
Ok....I’m waaay off food topics...lol

I am going to be really sorry when working from home ends! I really like
having my main meal in the middle of the day.
It was nevertheless a simple lunch/dinner of eye fillet steak (probably under
150 g, Kelly!) with cafe de Paris butter (this batch is a bit crumbly, but
still tasty), sweet potato and salad with a balsamic dressing I only
remembered at the end so it got sloshed across the top. 🙂
