Had 8 guests over for New Year's Day dinner....the most we have had since the
Covid struck us....
It was a meat 🍖 fest.
Tried Picanha for the first time. Dry brined for 48 hours. Served with
chumichurri.
My brother in law brought a Tomahawk.
There were beef cheeks, a Beef Wellington, pork jowl bacon, char siew (Chinese
barbecued pork secreto), and lamb chops.
So much food.
