I think I e posted on here before my version of that, where I’ve charcoal
grilled my eggplant and the baked it layered lasagna style with ricotta, etc.
That’s the way I usually do it.
Bu this was my first time in a long time to try to emulate the more traditional
kind of eggplant parm.
Ugh, watching the weather in the gulf…with potential storm coming, just
went out and filled my car up with gas, and picked up some prescriptions I was
low on,
This time of year, always gotta be prepared to bug out of town…
Anyway, I’m home and pleasantly full…need yo clean kitchen and pit
leftovers in fridge.
