Hi all,
This just came in so thought I would share my most favourite retro
meal...giving my age away here🤔😜🤣 have any of you done this cos I did years ago
back in my Canberra days. However Marks and Spencer’s come to my rescue back
in the UK and do a great deal for about £3 for two so always keep a couple in
the freezer. Here in Spain, forget it but there is an Iceland store not too
far away and they used to stock Waitrose’s brand...being the poshest
store...Justin will know what I mean 🤔😜🤣 of Kiev’s and that was the only reason
I ever went to Iceland as a store stocking English stuff at mega prices for the
idiotic Brits who want England in the sun. well that truly does my head in.
Now with Brexit which sort has been put by the wayside with Covid, now Iceland
cannot get food in as stuff stuck in lorries trying to cross to France so
everything is past sell by date. Now they are having to get food in from
Ireland to try try to deliver stock as Ireland still in the UK.
I could rant on forever but truly think the freaking Wuhans have made us all a
bit mental. I went into Super Turre a while ago to get milk and catfoood and
on checkout the youngest cashier Marie suddenly bursts out hola Hoolia and
comes and hugs me and we do a little dance together which is total madness but
the locals love it. So then returning home which only 5 minute drive away I
pass by workman doing some painting/sign jobbie on the road and see the Mayor
of Turre.. Martin Morales supervising... he looks up and sees me and waves.
This happens every time I drive ans he sees me and waves...,talk about big Bro
watching you but he is a bit of sex on legs🤔😜🤣
