find it especially ggod where I want the fish to hold together like pasta
marinara, cooked in a steamboat etc. Fortunately it is a fish I can get very

Today's ‘linner’ was delicious. Though the pieces of ling I used were very
thick and took a good while longer to cook than the recipe suggested. (Yay
for thermometers! No guessing!) I was using the air fryer oven and I could
fit the fish and the veg in at the same time, which was a bonus. Served with
cauli mash that I had in the freezer, already portioned out, simply defrosted
and reheated in the microwave. A simple and tasty meal!
