Coincidentally I'm planning on building a Layen's hive myself. I'm planning
on going with the EU width and US depth. The only people I have ever found
with have some form of frame making machine are in Russia:

In the absence of being able to/ wanting to trade with Russia, I'm
thinking that I can build a jig for my table saw that will allow me to
make to top bars and the rest of the bits (based on the frames I got from '
La tienda del apicultor').

don't have the right kit to make them and unfortunately, standard Layens
frames from thornes don't fit the hive.
Any suggestions would be welcome as I would really like to get the hive
finished and occupied.
