Hi Kyle,
In 3D there are 3 components of vorticity and each component is a function of (x,y,z). In general there would be no reason to plot the xVorticity on x-planes on the yVorticity
on y-planes, etc. just as one wouldn't plot the u velocity just on x-planes.

There is a "enstrophy" that you can plot which is the magnitude of the vorticity vector.

You are given the options of vorticity, xvorticity, yvorticity, and zvorticity; both the vorticity and the zvorticity plots show the same contours. Should the regular vorticity option plot the combined contour field of the rotation in all three planes, and not just the z plane?
