I just made my first batch of all grain and it was very nice (added some 
coriander and orange peel in the wort). I used 11 lbs. 2 row grain. I see where 
Brian wants 6 row. What’s the difference in these grains? And, does anyone have 
a preference for either or another row?



Also, my beer has not cleared up (after 4-5 weeks). Someone suggested I use 
Irish Moss to help with this. Any thoughts on that matter?

for our Operation Fermentation in Asheville event.



This event will celebrate the craft of brewing and good beer in Asheville. If 
you can encourage folks to brew that day and want to do that, cool.  If not 
invite them for a road trip.

as much beer as possible while trying not to 'Fall Down'.
