Ron will have surgery on his right eye to correct the double vision that has
gotten progressively worse and worse. So tomorrow morning (Monday) bright and
early, we’ll check in at 7:00 at UF Health Florida Surgical Center
(Gainesville). They’ll clip one of the eye muscles to loosen it and take a tuck
in one on the other side, bringing the eye back into alignment. Piece of
cake…right?
He and I will certainly feel more comfortable, knowing that prayers will be
covering him (and me driving and waiting) during the surgery and then during
the recovery, praying that the healing goes well with no complications.
Thank you for praying for us; thank you for being the kind of friend I can
reach out to, asking for prayers.
