You don't necessarily have to, but this would prevent getting messages from
the old group. I just need to contact them and have the old group taken
down. I need to find where to do that.

If you were on the old group, you do the following to unsubscribe:
Send a blank e-mail with Unsubscribe in subject line to
ourplace-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
. It works a little differently than the AudioOurplace group host.
