f4, through f9 will give you all the options, f9 if you don't select any
tracks from the CD will rip the entire thing. Change the default *l.mp3
format from 128K to something a lot better like 256K or 320K for the
best since we're not so concerned with disc space requirements any more,
making sure the resultant *.mp3 is stereo.
