They'd have to pay someone to answer the phones. I know, it's deadly for us
when companies don't hire the kind of help they used to and think just because
they're online that everyone can access them adequately. There's a delivery
service here called Doordash, and though the site is accesible, there are things
I can't quite understand about the ordering system. I do have questions but
can't get the help I need to make it work for me, so for now, I'm not paying any
attention to it.

Rosie, it it seems like businesses don't want to have phone numbers for people

I tried the site quite some time ago when my neighbors told me about it, but at
that time, the site was not at all accessible. None of the various stores
selling there had sites that were accessible, and there weren't labels that told
you what was what. I sure hope it's changed.
