I sure hope people don’t go out on the roads unless it’s vitally necessary. I
mean, what does one do when he or she has a family with a little one and the
milk runs low, or one has to get a kid to a doctor quickly? And what do people
do getting to and from work in this kind of weather? I know what I would do,
take a vacation day or even a sick day if I had to. Hope people will listen
and that accidents are minimized. When Californians were going through messes
here, the weather made things really unpredictable because all of a sudden big
huge pot holes would suddenly appear on roads whose concrete was buckling.
Emergency repairs would then have to happen, making roads impossible to use and
snarling traffic. Our transit is good within some cities like Oakland, San
Francisco and Berkeley but not so in other Bay Area cities. That’s why people
feel they have to use their cars to get to and from work as quickly as
possible. People here will never give up their cars without a fight.

What is this Insta cart thing? I don't think we have such a thing in New York
City anyway because all the grocery stores and restaurants deliver so I'm
really kind of curious about that and I'm wondering if it is just a California
thing or what. I really would like to know. Well today we got a lot of freezing
rain and sleet and then you change the snow and then all the stuff is going to
freeze tonight so no way am I going outside. I'm not in the mood to take a
tumble. I'll wait a couple days until they clean everything up. They still say
the roads are a mess and everything they're telling people to stay off the
roads and not drive but you know what people probably aren't going to pay
attention. So I have a feeling there's gonna be a lot of accidents. You know
the thing is if people would listen there wouldn't be a lot of these car
accidents happening and people wouldn't get killed. But anyway I want on the
ham radio last night and I forgot to charge it totally so it went dead so I had
to plug it entering the net. I was so mad at myself that I did something like
that. Because they always tell us to keep our radios charged and I thought I
had.

Hi, everyone,
We just got instacart in our area and I'm thinking of trying them out for
shopping. Have any of you used it before and is the site accessible? Stater
Brothers would be delivering the groceries to me.
Thanks in advance.
