Evening all how are you doing? Oh I'm tired, but great otherwise!
Well the laminate flooring has been successfully installed. It's very nice and
actually makes the apartment look a bit bigger. The flooring is a lightish
brown colour.
The day didn't stop there. Dad and Julie took me to some shops to look for
furniture. Well guess what? Found and purchased a new table and two chairs for
dining. We also looked at some sofas. I'm sleeping on it, but am thinking of
purchasing a two seater leather recliner sofa, black. The recliner
functionality is electric. We did look at some manual ones, but in one case I
nearly snapped off the leaver. WIth the electric recliners, it's all done for
you with a press and hold of a button. Next we went to KFC for lunch. I had
popcorn chicken and fries with a cup of tea. Then went home to my parents for a
bit before checking out the new installation at around 15:00. It was started
around 10:00. So five hours for two rooms not bad going I don't think. Then I
had to go to my pediotrist to have my toenails trimmed and filed. Then had to
go to the doctors as dad had an appointment with his PCP. Nothing serious
thankfully.
For dinner just had a Philadelphia cheese sandwich and a peperrami which I am
having with my couple of beers later.
Well before I sign off, my vacation at Hannah's place will be going ahead. It
will take place from Wednesday 23 September to Wednesday 30 September.
