Well have been doing my exercises, and waiting for the physical therapist to
call and set up times when he or she can come out to the house. I’m getting
around on the walker pretty well. I put ice on my leg at least once, or maybe
twice a day. The only bad thing is the nights. I can’t get comfortable, and
even though I’ve taken pain meds, I still toss and turn and don’t sleep well.
They say that full recovery takes around 12 weeks.
Thought I’d get the other knee taken care of, but I think i’ll wait till i
can’t handle the pain in my right knee before I go through this again. But
