Well, I have the latest version of fire fox, and when I do the save target as,
within the email message, the file to save is the link’s name and html at the
end. So, I go to fire fox, my preferred browser, and paste in the link. It
takes me to Open drive, and then I select all and then download. There’s an OK
button, and then this error message:
{"error":{"code":400,"message":"Empty files list (no valid files to zip)"}}
F But if I check only one at a time, it downloads no problem. The files are
130-170 MB size, so maybe it’s just too big to zip and download. I can’t get
the save page thing to work at all, which is what I use to save a file once it
starts running while in Firefox. Anyway, I’m making it work and so thre’s no
issue with me. I don’t think people are making more out of this than
necessary. It may matter if you have an account, like send space, as to how
much it will fold up to zip, or something, but people should not be critical,
but help people make it work. Maybe more such discussions should take place
off list, so as not to aggravate those who are not wanting to read about
problems people are having. But to be critical seems arrogant and is wrong.
It’s a good thing most can get the files with no problem and I like the
challenge of trying, but I very much dislike arrogance.
