We've tried installing it and then re-installing it but can't figure out what's
going on. I have a feeling after the first install, we should have backspaced
in the e-mail (user name) sign-in bracket. Maybe I'll have her re-install it
one more time and then backspace in the e-mail blank, hoping that'll fix the
problem. Thanks.
