Thanks Nance. She installed Open Drive and tried to sign in but keeps getting
error 502 and it keeps asking her for the user name (e-mail address I assume).
Thought it was registering the ourplace e-mail address several times but that
didn't seem to be the case as when she backspaced a whole bunch of times and
tried to re-enter the e-mail address, no luck. Thanks!
