We all have lots of cars and locomotives and in some cases they are not
identified as to who the owner is. All of my cars are identified with a small
CH on the bottom of the car hidden in a place that they cannot be seen unless
you turn the car over. Yesterday when I arrived at Nixon there where 3 car and
a caboose in the staging yard with no identification on them, two things are
wrong with this fist you should not leave any cars in the staging yard and all
your cars used on the OCMR layout should have some kind of identification mark
on them. Like wise you should also identify your throttle if you have one mark
them one of mine went missing at the last show we did in Costa Mesa in 2019.
And just because there are cars parked on the layout that does not mean you can
add them to your train and drop them off some other place. Lots of us have the
same cars so when packing your cars be sure they are yours.
