Okay let get this under control. First off STOP the chatter between members,
this is an election for officers who want to run. Second if you want to run
just respond to me only at cjheimberger@xxxxxxxxx and not broadcast it to the
entire club. DO NOT use OCMR 7 freelist.
I am fully aware there is a divide in the club now but moving forward it CANNOT
be about him or him or her. We have been through 18 months of sure hell with no
shows or in person meetings it is time to move this club forward and stop any
infighting. And to answer one question NO it is not a requirement for a member
of the EC to attend all shows, but just think of the message that sends to the
membership. You are saying I really do not care about this club.
So the question you need to ask yourself am I that person who really cares
about this club and am I willing to invest some of my time and effort into the
club by becoming and officer? So PLEASE do not respond to the general email
but just to ME if you are thinking of running, and if you cannot work with
other members of this club then you probably should not run.
