As you are all aware OCMR will have elections this coming November for the
Executive Board and the slate of potential candidates is announced at the
October Meeting. Annette Palmer and myself are the nomination committee and as
of today we only have one member who has declared he is willing to run. THAT
will not make up the NEW EC. So you as a member of OCMR have the choice offer
to run for an office or just let OCMR go the way of the Green River Club and
disband. The positions that need or be filled are President, Vice President,
Secretary, and Treasurer. Yes each of these positions will take a few hours of
your time each month, so the choice is yours, is a few hours of your time worth
keeping this club alive? Or you can just sit there and let this club go away.
The choice is yours.
