I would suggest TS -AC plywood - that's Touch Sanded A and C faced veneers

If you make the right side of the airplane with 2 x 4 spars and the left side with 4 x 4 spars it will not balance. Will that also be true for short tables?
I will bring the wood that I have to the field on Saturday for a short table building session in between airplane flying.
