Make the rods shorter, would that help?
I could reprint the tail to see if it can be made lighter.

Well, the HB1 is completed. Way tail heavy as I’m using only a 850 mAh
battery. Added nose weight to get to the 1/2 inch CG mark. It has 15
degrees of “upward reflex.” Tomorrow or Friday will play around with
travel limits . . .
