Raised the trailing edge up 15 degrees. This is the at-rest position. In
other words, there is always a little up elevator.

Well, the HB1 is completed. Way tail heavy as I’m using only a 850 mAh
battery. Added nose weight to get to the 1/2 inch CG mark. It has 15 degrees
of “upward reflex.” Tomorrow or Friday will play around with travel limits . .
