Not sure about the wrapping, but I believe CPU time can easily be double the 
elapsed time if you have two or more CPUs.

I'm trying to determine whether the CPU  or elapsed value on the first FETCH 
call is correct (they can't both be correct, as the CPU is around double the 
elapsed).
