But Mark, you have to remember that Oracle changes feature names with every
release which complicates looking anything up.
Example: in 11g and below: dynamic sampling and with 12c (and maybe higher):
dynamic statistics. Before that MTS or multi-threaded server became shared
server. It might be fun to compose a list of feature name changes just to see
how many we can remember.

Since this particular feature (SecureFiles) has so often been INCORRECTLY
alleged to need a paid for license upgrade, perhaps it indicates the need for
an asterisk and link to a page of common misconceptions. That page might
contain a bullet list under “included in all editions†limited to a high
level such as the product names that appear in your signature.
The list would be long. I hope each entry would be relational with a unique
identifier being the product name (which in and of itself would be a nice check
for Oracle that it has not identically identified two separate products) and a
link to a document for each product containing relevant information about the
product.
I think this would save both Oracle and its customers from a lot of confusion
going forward. Good luck: This proposal does not make software or sell software.

Any database feature that doesn't appear in the licensing doc is available in
all editions; if we were to list each and every database feature, most of which
are available in all database editions, it would be a very very long book ;-)
So, because SecureFiles is available in all editions, it doesn't appear in the
licensing guide...
