It isn‘t standby.
No file resize operations recorded in the alert log. No errors either.
According to pstack, the process is waiting on a message.

According to oracle doc this means that " The parallel recovery coordinator is
waiting for a file resize to finish, as would occur with file auto extend. "
Can you corelate such an event from primary ? Usually SMCO gets crazy and do a
huge number of resize operations using very small increments that can have a
significant impact to standby
There are no other errors recorded in alert log or in the trace of the proces?
Maybe check also /prod/pid_of_pr00/stack , might give a clue?

It seems that the synchronization between parallel recovery processes went
astray.
Does anybody have any idea how to troubleshoot this?
