It might be an interesting exercise to start up the OUI and let
it go through its pre-installation check to see if the server meets
requirements.

You can check the opatch version with $OH/OPatch/opatch version

It should be version 10.2.0.2 IIRC.

I've never had this happen before.  This is a linux box but could it be
the wrong version of the patch?  How can I tell what version the server is?
I'm new to the company and not getting much from the other admins.
