Got word they figured out issue apparently
remote inactive users in the data distribution list causes the data
distribution process to fail.
Doesn't OFA have some kind of "ON ERROR inactive_user
PROCESS_NEXT_USER" capability?

I'm 5 steps removed and our point man says Oracle hasn't come back to
us yet.
