measuring the extra CPU needed

All,
We have an existing system on 10.2 on AIX. We are planning to increase the
CPU capacity because we seem to be hitting the limits there and also a
merger. We will be adding more population to this application due to the
merger, about 25% more. Assuming that the applications are tuned enough,
how do I go about measuring the increased CPU load needed for this new
population.
