If you are looking at an automated way to do this ...

 

Use Perl and the DBI and DBD::Excel modules.  You could read the Excel
data using Perl, write it to a named pipe which would be the input to
the SQL*Loader process.  Very easy to do and may help you with
automating the whole process.
