gather_fixed_objects_stats failing in 11gR2?

Does anybody experienced ORA-20011 and ORA-00439 errors when trying to manually
execute (as sys/sysdba) dbms_stats.gather_fixed_objects_stats, on 11gR2?
It's the stock (downloaded from the OTN) Oracle 11gR2 (11.2.0.1) Windows 32bits
database, but configured with Standard Edition options only (so no Data Guard).
All components are valid in dba_registry, but as said, there are no Enterprise
Edition options installed.
Tried applying the latest bundle patch (9736836), but the errors continue the
same as the unpatched 11201 version.
Just would like to know if anybody using this 11.2.0.1 for Windows 32 bit
version, has the same problem using gather_fixed_objects_stats.
