dfs Lock handle on RAC

Hi Experts
Can someone suggest what should be done if I am seeing some performance issue 
and found 'DFS Lock handle"  and rdbms ipc Reply Event and digging more found 
that dfs Lock Handle has enqueue DX and BB. Can someone suggest what should be 
done on Database or Application side to resolve it.
