Personally I would lean toward following 278641.1. Document 813445.1 states
clearly:

process, and therefore has not been subject to an independent
technical review."
*
No such disclaimer found in docid 278641.1 and this document looks
comprehensive, includes references and was last updated/published June 2010.
The other document was last updated April 2009.
If in doubt contact support before applying to confirm the correct order.
