I dunno Pete, last time I was in Oz, I had Skippy Steaks (very nice),
Crocodile, camel, emu and some fishy think called Baramundi.
Skippy is the nicest - but I like game anyway being of fine Scottish
(poacher) stock. The rest were ok, camel seemed a bit gristly. I don't
rate the fish - but then again, I don't rate fish much anyway.
Skippy steaks need to be either very very very rare or cooked slow and
long - like most game.
