Tim, you didn't read my email carefully :)  That is OracleVM that is listed in 
both soft and hard partitioning.  I was talking about VMWare, which is only 
listed under soft partitioning.

Brandon: You didn't read the whole document. :) It's mentioned in the 
hard-partitioning also.

Use it for soft partitioning, you pay for all CPUs. Use it for 
hard-partitioning, you only pay for what you use. :)
