DBAs don’t make platform decisions, but we are stuck with other people’s
decisions and have to make things work. Is that what you meant Jared?

We are trying to do a silent install of the Oracle client on windows but
whatever we do we get a "press any key" message at the end of the install
is there a way to suppresspress it?
On Linux you can send the installation into background with nohup and that
will suppress the message, Not sure about Windows. Why would anyone want
to install Oracle on Windows?
