Give it up. Your best bet for information on versions 6i and 9i (essentially identical, feature-wise) of Designer is to look at the web site of ODTUG for papers presented at past conferences. Also, you might find good papers (although they wouldn't be comprehensive) on the web sites of Dulcian, CaseTech, and Creative Design Associates. (http://www.dulcian.com; http://www.casetech.net; http://www.cda-llc.com). I believe that the people who wrote the Designer Generation book (Ken Atkins and Mark Kramm) had proposed a book on Designer/Oracle SCM and were told the market was not big enough.
