If you must connect using sqlnet (using @service_name), I think make sure that you have an adminstrative connection (the ur=a option) configured in sqlnet, if I remember right, without that option you will be disconnected when the database shuts down. I dont remember for sure if that goes on the listener definition or the tnsnames definition.
