Searching these archives for "XDB" as well as MetaLink note 742014.1 (a very
new article and for 11g only) should help.
The XDB software is very likely already "installed" in your ORACLE_HOME.
The "install" of XDB into a database is generally a matter of executing
those scripts from SQL*Plus. See the MetaLink note.
