Port on Oracle 9i

Hi,
I am encountering a typical phenomenon which I have not seen in all my
days working with Oracle.Have u guys ever noticed while installing Oracle
on Win-2000 Prof . The default port for the lsnr becoming 2033 instead of
1521.Any inputs??.
