Have you purged DBA_RECYCLEBIN? Or just RECYCLEBIN?

I’ve purged the recyclebin 5 times now and it still comes up with the same issue. I had similar problems with the 11g DBUA, but it let me ignore it and move on. This one doesn’t let me do that. Has anyone been able to get past this?
