I'm trying to run through and Oracle 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 upgrade using the
DBUA. This is the first time through. The database is on Red Hat 7. I got as
far as Step 3, Prerequisite Checks. It keeps failing with Recycle bin not
empty.
I've purged the recyclebin 5 times now and it still comes up with the same
issue. I had similar problems with the 11g DBUA, but it let me ignore it and
move on. This one doesn't let me do that. Has anyone been able to get past
this?
