I would be very curious what those delays are. The Linux version has been
out for a while, and even MS has been out (with that highly suspicious
warning about slowdowns). Did they hit another "mandatory bug patch" issue
(re, 10.2.0.2) and decide to fix it first before deploying 10.2.0.4?

Think any of the developers will blog about this bowl of fun? *grin*
