I know it’s not as convenient as the combo patch, but it looks like the OJVM
and RU separate patches are available for Linux x86-64. So you could download
them separately and apply them if that helps to get you going.

If you read the note on the right-most column it has a link to the estimated
release date.
It looks like the database patches have been delayed.
