I changed the environment settings, I created the user in the new SID with 
the tablespaces and all the grants, I even tried running the "imp" 
directly from the Oracle 10g's "bin" folder, and nothing works:(, I keep 
getting this error.

I know that you canât use âFULLâ and âFROMUSER/TOUSERâ in the same 
import 
statement.

Can you post your command line, your parameter file contents, and the 
contents of your import log file?   Did you check your export log file to 
make sure that what you want is actually in there?
