I do not believe so. You can work with your CR to get few % off (10-20?) for
DR but that's about it - unless you come-up with a home grown solution and
are willing to live with the associated risks (such as entire DR on EMC R2)

Does Oracle provide any kind of active-passive licensing strategy for DR =
sites???  Microsoft does and doesn't charge for the passive side.  =
